All prices below are per worker per month. Workers are individuals wearing an Overguard S1 during their shift. Supervisors and dashboard-only users are not counted.
The S1 is included in your subscription. We ship pre-configured pods for your site, you provision them in under four minutes per worker, and your workforce wears them every shift.
Hardware remains Overguard property. If you end the subscription, the pods come back to us. There is no capital depreciation, no asset register, and no end-of-life burden on your finance team.
We count individuals wearing an S1 during a shift. A worker present on the site without a pod isn't counted. Supervisors and dashboard-only users are never counted.
Workers added mid-month are pro-rated to the day. You won't pay a full month for a Wednesday start.
Workers removed mid-month bill to the end of the period. We don't surprise you with mid-cycle reductions.
Yes. A pilot is a 12-week engagement priced as a per-worker operational fee for the duration. See the pilot programme page for details on scope and structure.
Yes. You can move up at any time — additions are pro-rated. Moving down requires 30 days notice and applies from the following billing period.
