Platform operations: When your organisation deploys Overguard, the platform collects operational safety data — sensor readings from Overguard S1 devices, worker locations during shifts, alert events, environmental conditions. This data is handled under the commercial agreement with your organisation and subject to the Overguard Data Processing Agreement.

We use the data we collect to:
- Operate the Overguard platform and deliver services to your organisation
- Respond to your enquiries and scope engagements
- Improve our platform and services through aggregated analytics
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
- Communicate with you about your engagement with Overguard
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our service providers. We use industry- standard providers compliant with GDPR and UK data protection regulations. Data is stored in the UK and EU where possible; some operational data may transit through US-based infrastructure as part of our cloud provider operations.

- Service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics)

All service providers operate under data processing agreements that protect your data.
